Sun City West Market Report March 2018- February brought good news for sellers with the median home sale prices increasing in Sun City West. The median sale price was $238,500 in February compared to $187,000 same month last year. That’s a 27.54% increase. There were 113 homes sold in Sun City West with average days on market at 52 days. Month’s inventory remained low at 1.72 months. Homes sold for 96.9% of asking price. Of interest, active listings were down significantly in February, with only 183 homes for sale compared to 273 same month last year. A 33% drop. So far this year, through February 200 homes have sold in Sun City West. In March there are currently 231 homes for sale in Sun City Grand with 104 homes pending.
Sun City West home values are up 18.35% over the past 12 months with a median sale price of $226,000. Over this time period, average days on market were 47 days with month’s inventory at 1.73 months. That a 30% drop over the past 12 months.
Take Away: Homes are selling, home values are up and inventory is low. Sun City West is in a Strong Seller Market.
